Status

SuggestRight is in pre-launch. The principles below are commitments of the product design; the complete legal policy — with definitions, retention schedules and regional disclosures — will be published before any public release and will supersede this summary.

What we collect

• The minimum needed to run the product: account email, purchase-event data for orders you arm through SuggestRight (merchant, amount, timestamps, confirmation status), and the questions you ask the advisor.
• Browsing is not harvested in the background. The extension is silent by default and acts only when you press its button or arm a purchase.
• Analytics we keep are aggregated — used to improve answers and timing models, not to profile individuals.

What we never do

• We do not sell personally identifiable information.
• We do not swap or overwrite another publisher's referral without your explicit consent — declining keeps it intact and switches our features off for that purchase.
• We do not show different prices or verdicts based on who's asking.

Creators

Creator attribution is computed from public citations surfaced in answers. Creators can view their ledger in the Public Claims Portal and opt out at any time — one click stops accrual, and pending shares revert to buyers.

Opt-out & deletion

One click disables tracking features; a deletion request from your account email removes your data within a published window, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention compliance.

Payments

Cashback is funded to virtual cards via Stripe Issuing. Card and payout data are handled by Stripe under its own certifications; we never see full card numbers.
